This warm meeting is aimed at wanting to know what procedures we have run in recruiting quality crews in working on a ship. Starting from the interview, physical test, until the nomination of the crew to the ship that has met the standard & procedure.
and also Mr. John gave an opportunity for prospective crew members to share & ask about the request for jobs that exist or in the future and also estimated departure for ABK who have got the ship.
Mr. John also found sailing schools to offer a job that fits their departments where they are being educated. So that when they graduate from school or education, it has a picture in the future and is not confused for the next step in realizing their ideals.
MR. John also discussed from what position they started their careers on the ship, Whether it's as an OS or Able and also the initial salary they got when starting a career on the ship.
